We at the COR have a number of systems in place for Hafrashas Challah. In our Industrial Facilities we
1. Sell the flour to a goy
2. We have a designated “tevel dough” that calculated in size to cover the needs of each specific company and a “nusach” of hafrashas challah is said every day for that day’s production.
Food service hafrashas challah overlaps to an extent in policy with industrial, but there is also actual hafrasha done on each batch.
