Do you mean Shenyitza Rebbe? Rabbi Eliezer Paltiel Roitblatt was born in Poland. He was an einikel of many great Rebbes i.e. Kozieniec, Zlotchowa ,Prshischa. He was formerly Rabbi of Bogota Columbia.
